The President

Hold 26 of 50 states at once to become President and collect the Presidential Pool and its jackpot.

A wallet that governs 26 or more states in the same snapshot, a majority of the map, is President of The Frontier.

President, per snapshot:  Presidential Pool ÷ 96  +  2% of the Jackpot
No President:             that slice rolls into the Presidential Jackpot
Jackpot cap:              30 days of the Presidential Pool (overflow → National Reserve)

Why this design: the President earns a bonus, not a takeover. It is 10% of revenue instead of half the Treasury, so the rest of the map always stays worth fighting for. The jackpot grows the longer nobody unites the Frontier, and it pays out a little every snapshot, so a President has to hold the majority, not just reach it once. The moment they drop below 26 states, the jackpot starts refilling for the next contender.
